Caregiver Crisis Plan: $150

A plan to provide for the needs of the care recipient in the case that the primary caregiver is unable to provide care either temporarily or for an indefinite period of time.

If you went into the hospital tomorrow, do you know who would step in to care for your care recipient? Do you have anyone in mind?

Consider these questions:

• How long would it take your backup to arrive at the care recipient’s home?
• How long could they stay?
• Would this individual know what to do when they get there?

Knowing the answers to these questions is essential to your care recipient’s continued care and to your peace of mind.

What is involved?

You will be guided through a series of questions that will help the Caregiver Coach^® determine which plan options make the most sense in your situation. The Coach will offer tips along the way that help you understand why one choice might be better than another. Once you approve the recommendations the Coach makes, you can go through each task at your own pace. After you have made each decision, the Coach will put that information into a Final Plan that will be provided to you. You can implement each portion of the plan when you are ready.
