Coach Anne Togher
Anne has devoted her career of over 15 years to helping family caregivers. She understands the challenges that family caregivers often face, and not only works with individuals to find solutions, but also works in the community to create change and raise awareness. Anne is often asked to speak at various caregiving conferences and symposiums. She is known for her ability to help caregivers better understand how to manage their role, navigate the often confusing health and long term care arenas, and create a plan that helps make caregiving less stressful and more rewarding. Anne works with caregivers to help find the resources that best support them and their situation, evaluate and make decisions around housing needs for the person they care for, understand the importance of self-care, and address any needs that come up in their role as a caregiver. Her supportive nature, ability to listen without judgment, and understanding of the needs of caregivers create an effective coaching environment.
